This stunning villa has 10 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, 8 of which have en-suite bathrooms. With a mix of king-size master, single, twin, triple or family rooms – there’s the perfect combination for everyone!
The ‘Mirador Del Rio’ luxury, air-conditioned, penthouse suite, comprises a generously sized lounge area with a leather corner sofa, TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the coast and mountains. The en-suite has a shower and a full-size bathtub. There is a further smaller bedroom containing bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.
This is the perfect Bridal and Honeymoon suite.
The extremely high ceilings, large staircase and open plan layout gives the main living area of this villa a grandeur quality. With comfortable furnishings and modern appliances it is a lovely space to relax and have fun with the family.
In addition the quieter Reception Room or beautiful Conservatory are the perfect places to read, work or just chill out.
Our new modern bathrooms are spacious with fabulous powerful showers. We provide bath and hand towels and a large pool towel for each guest, which are changed twice weekly.
Eight of our bathrooms are en-suite.
The villa features internal dining facilities in the conservatory, a spacious “Al Fresco” shaded terrace area that is perfect for entertaining and dining large groups in luxury with superb views towards the Atlantic coast. There is also a substantial sized sunken BBQ area, perfect for the chef amongst us to show off their cooking skills. There are also smaller eating areas feature on the top patio and beside the hot tub.

Leading off the lounge area is the bespoke fully fitted kitchen. This all singing and all dancing kitchen, provides everything a chef would need to create anything, from luxury dining four-course cuisine to a banquet.
To the right of the kitchen, leading off, is a beautiful light and airy conservatory, with a dining table and sofas to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or simply take in the views of the sub-tropical gardens.
We have lived on our beautiful island of Lanzarote for many years and, as we love our amazing environment, we do our best to try to look after it!
At El Paraiso we have installed a 48-panel Solar Powered Electricity System making us pretty much self-sufficient!
Along with our Solar-heated 25m pool, recycling policy, water-filtration system and Green Water Irrigation. We are proud to be an Eco-Friendly Villa.
