The El Paraiso villa is run by a small family-based team that provides a personal and knowledgeable service to all of our guests.

Both Daren and Debs have lived on the island of Lanzarote for over 20 years, and they go over and above to ensure each group visiting the villa have everything they require and therefore a perfect holiday!

They met in 2008 on the island, whilst Daren was training for Triathlon and Debs was working as a Diving instructor. Daren’s job was renovating and maintaining his family villas, so made plenty of time for training for the numerous Ironman 70.3 and Ironman races he went on to complete.

After attaining his BTF Triathlon and Swim Coach qualifications, Daren pursued his dream of setting up a luxury Triathlon and Sports retreat and
training athletes as a full-time job. In 2011, they bought the El Paraiso villa, and set up the Tri-Sports Lanzarote business, both working full-time
for the business.

Since then, Daren has basically re-designed and improved the villa to make it what it is today… one of the largest, and most exclusive villas in
the Canary Islands. You can see the love and dedication that has gone into creating this stunning Oasis that provides everything you would wish
for on holiday.

They both spend all their time looking after their guests and taking care of their lovely daughter Maisie, born in 2014.
They have come to appreciate that family life is very important, and the family facilities at the villa, as well as the Sporting facilities, reflect this.

Debs will be your holiday liaison and first point of contact. Her 20 years
working on Lanzarote with local companies and suppliers has provided her with the knowledge required to answer all your enquiries and help
organize your perfect stay! She will look after your every need both prior to and during your holiday, event, retreat or sports camp.

Nothing is too much effort for the El Paraiso liaison team, they can help with your car hire, bike hire, excursions, private chefs, cake maker or entertainment, reserving local restaurants, or organizing a child minder to give you some adult time during your stay…. To mention just a few!
